Who is Keith?
Twenty years ago, I left my job as an investment banker and bought a one-way ticket to India. Luck and/or karma led me to a meditation center where with glacial progress, I began to see things as they are and respond accordingly.
My journey has have been blessed with many amazing teachers (Christopher Titmus, Martin Aylward, Mark Coleman, Jaya Ashmore, Jack Kornfield & Gil Fronsdale, among others), with whom I have spent more than a year on retreat and/or in training.
After earning an MBA from The Stern School of Business at NYU and a successful 14-year career in Corporate Finance (M&A), I also understand the pressures to perform, produce and prosper. Having experienced both boardrooms and monasteries, I am uniquely prepared to introduce mindfulness to today's bearers of stress and dissatisfaction.
I have led meditation as part of my yoga teaching since 2002. However, it was only after completing the year-long Mindfulness Institute Teacher Training that I considered myself a mindfulness instructor. I have too much respect for my many teachers to take that title lightly.
Neither enlightened, nor pretending to have all the answers, I can guide you to the questions that will ultimately help you be a better version of yourself.
